This series was an exercise in purely personal expression — no client brief, no constraints. I used distressed textures, layered imagery, and rough compositional techniques to build a grunge-influenced visual language that still feels considered rather than chaotic. The subject matter draws from my own life: cars I aspire to own, places I want to travel, and the emotions that shape my day-to-day. Taken together, the posters function as a kind of visual diary — a snapshot of who I was as a designer and what I was reaching toward at the time.

Design Process
Design Process

These posters were made entirely in Photoshop, which gave me the flexibility to layer textures, blend imagery, and distress elements in a way that felt organic rather than constructed. I started each piece with a feeling or a subject a car I wanted to own, a place I wanted to visit, an emotion I was sitting with and built the composition outward from there. The grunge aesthetic came naturally from that process; distressed textures and rough edges felt more honest than clean, polished layouts for work that was this personal. Each poster went through multiple rounds of layering and adjustment until the mood felt right. Taken together they function as a visual diary of where I was as a designer and what I was reaching toward at the time.
